Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IQ TRADE collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the IQ TRADE website and services at iqtrade.ai (the “Service”). It also explains your rights regarding your personal data.
1. Who we are (data controller)
The data controller responsible for your personal data is JT SERVICES, established in Greece, with registered address at Servion 10, Athens-Attiki-Greece, PC 10441, (“IQ TRADE”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at business@jtservices.vip
2. The personal data we collect
We collect only the data we need to provide the Service:
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Account data | Your email address, used to identify your account, send sign-in links, and contact you about the Service. |
| Service-configuration data | Your TradingView username (so we can grant you access to the IQ TRADE indicators); and, if you use the MetaTrader 5 tools, your MT5 account number and broker name. |
| Subscription data | Your subscription tier, status, trial and renewal dates, and an identifier linking your account to the subscription held by our payment provider. |
| Payment data | Card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Whop. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only limited confirmation data (such as that a payment succeeded or failed). |
| Technical & usage data | Information generated automatically when you use the Service, such as IP address, browser and device information, log timestamps, and records of actions taken in your account (for example, license checks or access changes). |
| Communications | The content of messages you send us (for example, support emails) and our replies. |
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you not send them to us.
3. How and why we use your data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide the Service — creating and maintaining your account, granting and revoking TradingView indicator access, validating licenses for the MT5 tools, and operating the account portal.
- To handle billing — managing your subscription, trial, and renewals together with our payment provider.
- To communicate with you — sending sign-in links, service and billing notices, and responding to your support requests.
- To maintain security and integrity — detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access, and keeping records needed for troubleshooting.
- To comply with legal obligations — including tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
- To improve the Service — understanding, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can make it better.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have subscribed to and to manage your account and subscription.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve what we offer, balanced against your rights and interests.
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and other statutory requirements.
- Consent — where we ask for it specifically, for example for any optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share data with (processors and partners)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Whop | Payment processing and billing. Whop acts as merchant of record and is an independent controller for the payment data it collects. See Whop’s own privacy policy for how it handles that data. |
| TradingView | We use your TradingView username to grant and revoke access to the IQ TRADE invite-only indicators on the TradingView platform. Your use of TradingView is also governed by TradingView’s own privacy policy. |
| Go Daddy | Hosting of the IQ TRADE website, account portal, and service infrastructure. |
| Delivery of transactional emails such as sign-in links and service notices. |
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to comply with legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of IQ TRADE, our users, or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data-protection law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
- Account and service-configuration data — for as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle post-cancellation queries and resubscription.
- Subscription and billing-related records — for as long as required by tax and accounting law, which is typically several years.
- Technical and log data — for a limited period sufficient for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- Support communications — for as long as needed to resolve your matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.
When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data, where there is no overriding legal reason for us to keep it.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Portability — receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email business@jtservices.vip. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority — in the EU, this is PDPL.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The IQ TRADE website and account portal use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function — for example, to keep you signed in to the account portal. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies (such as analytics). Our payment provider and other embedded third-party services may set their own cookies, governed by their respective policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to systems, and secure handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping access to your own email account secure, since the account portal uses email-based sign-in.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
